I realize this isn't the 3M bra system, but wanted some opinions of this cheaper system...

That's scary. Its a little bit like Grandma having plastic on the couch & lamp shades. I will admit I do have a small half circle of 3M under my gas cap door to protect it from the gas nozzle that lost its boot.

 

There are folks here that installed the 3M product and are happy with it, but the price is a tad higher than the "buy it now" price of $24.95 on ebay.

The 3m protectors are a great idea to save the plastic headlight lenses.

I installed them on my car and unless you're looking for them, you'll never know it's there.

 

A tad as in hundreds...ie $300 - $600.
