I ordered mine a while back at www.legacyseatcovers.com and I waited 4-5 weeks since it is back ordered (maybe manufactured in Mexico). Then, when I got the seat covers, the monograms are like 2 inches big and are made of FELT PAPER glued to the neoprene! I paid $40 for the monogram and it's not worth it at all!

It took me 3 hours to install it with cuts and bruises in my hands even if I used latex gloves!

Overall VERDICT: I'm not happy with it and won't recommend www.legacyseatcovers.com at all! Find a much more reliable company that does a good job and are not cheap looking!

I ordered vinyl covers in black/red from them (legacyseatcovers) to match my crossfire and I'm waiting for it to arrive since it's my 4th week of waiting. I'm crossing my fingers and I hope everything turned out "OK" and not as bad as Minojo's experience with them. Jose seemed to be nice when I dealt with my order.

I'll post some pics after I installed it!

I paid $291 for the vinyl seat covers plus the logo. I called home today and they told me that my package has arrived. I can't wait to see and install my vinyl black/red seat covers!

Wow, i think you paid too much on those seat covers! Did you try www.autoanything.com ? They seemed to be a reliable company and I've used them before on my 2001 NSX for my seat covers!

I was very disappointed when I opened the box today, www.legacyseatcovers.com sent me NEOPRENE covers instead of VINYL! I have been telling Jose that I want a VINYL seat covers to match my leather interior when we were running thru my order.

My "XFIREX" monogram is another disappointment...Minojo is right, it's make of FELT PAPER 2 inches BIG and glued with silicon!

I called Jose this morning and of course he covers his butt that I ordered a neoprene and told me they'll call me or send me an email regarding what his manager will say about it.

I'll keep you all informed if they'll replace it or not! If they will, that's another 4 weeks of waiting again! That's 8 weeks compared to the other guy in the crossfirecommunity.net where he waited 5 MONTHS!

Car show's gonna be next month and if things turned BAD with legacyseatcovers I 'll have to stick with my stock leather seats!

Maybe it's time to round up support from our members again for www.Katzkin.com leather covers!

Too bad that their service su*ks and I don't think they'll replace your seat covers if it took them 4 weeks to make it!

We'll it's a lesson to learn and thanks for sharing. It warns us new members which company to avoid!

Cyril,

Be sure to file a complaint with the BBB if they don't resolve your problem.

That's why forums like this are useful to get info which companies can rip you off and those that do an honest job!

Well, they screw you up but I dunno if they'll ever get another customer that reads this forum!

Just to let y'all know that I never heard back from them anymore...well they're already paid! I will report this matter to www.bbb.com but I doubt if there's anything they can do to help me.

For those interested, I will be selling this item on ebay and parts section of this forum after I've taken some pics of it.

I won't recommend www.legacyseatcovers.com at all!

You can also try disputing charges with your credit card company (i presume you probably paid by CC)... It is a breach of contract if they don't send you what you paid for.

This might be a good route to try to get your money refunded.

(would have suggested this earlier... but my slow mind just remembered this is also an option in addition to BBB)

Tried to contact them again but they always try to give me the turn around. I can't dispute it in my credit card anymore the fact that these seat covers were already paid for weeks ago. I think this is their strategy also to rip off people!

I have to ask, why would you cover the Factory seats? They are leather and great looking not to mention they hold you tight in those sharp corners.

I've been wanting to have some RED in my cockpit - Momo red pedals, shift ****, kickplates http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2053478. Putting a vinyl seat cover is the easiest way (and the closest to leather) to have one while waiting for www.Katzkin.com to manufacture a leather one for the crossfires.

And as I'm keeping my crossfire for a while, I wanted to protect the original leather seats.

i would stop by for a face to face for you...

did they give any warranty on it (not that you can get in touch with them)?
