I already have the lodge loaded into my Lowrance GPS (using their coordinates) along with waypoints at the two intersections along the way I figure I'll miss without it.
I'll load the Nav unit too, but just for fun - I'll use my trusty iFinder for actual navigation.
St. Louis group (Franc, Shark067, Erzer) accompanied by itsky are leaving the area in about 1.5 hrs.
Drive safe and see you all at the lodge.

Roberta & I will miss seeing everyone this weekend. All attending have a great time and be safe. With our oldest son in hospital ICU since 10/16, we just couldn't go away for the weekend.
Hopefully, we'll take some time out for ourselves Sunday afternoon for a short drive following some of Cherokee Highway (Hwy 11) in SC (see attached). We'll be thinking of you guys.

Good morning, Everyone.
Got brand new tires on my car so I won't hydroplane out to the Tail. Yes, James, you were right. They were pretty thin. Thank God for Fed Ex, so I could get some back tires yesterday.
Anyway, car is packed with 20 pounds of candy for Halloween (good for my business) and Valk, I've got utensils, cutting boards and can opener packed.
Pat I am Fink: I have brand new microfiber towels packed so you can help me wash my car.
Wanderman and I will be meeting the St. Louis/Colorado contingency in Evansville this AM and will begin our convoy to Fontana. I'm sure it will be a great and wild experience.
Look forward to meeting so many new forum friends.
Danamal, Ray and Susan: Remember, crafting with Jane at 8-9 PM downstairs. I always appreciate your help and you know I always reward my helpers.
Drive safely, everyone,
Jane

Good morning all,
My car is packed with buns, chips, baked beans, ketchup, mustard, relish, plates, napkins, paper towels and some candy for the BBQ on Saturday eve.
Danimal will be picking up all the rest of the cold goods in Robbinsville on Friday morning.
I'm leaving shortly to head to Florence, Ky to meet others and stay the night and then hit the road again tomorrow morning around 8am
Drive safely everyone and I'll probably check back in here from Ky. this afternoon

Sorry I couldn't make it, turns out things did work themselves out and I could have gone if I would have just planned to go anyways, but it's alright no harm done...
I look forward to seeing all the pictures from the dragon and the events this weekend in the coming week.
Again, be safe, and I look forward to hearing the stories soon.

In another 2 hours we'll be outta here. Looks like a rainy drive, of course: I just washed & detailed the car yesterday, it'll HAVE to rain all the way down
!
I'll be packing some cheese curds, fresh from the factory as of this morning. They'll still be squeaky tomorrow (sorry, Max!).
See you soon!!!

Can I get someone to volunteer to take a peep at my engine and possibly diagnose my knocking? I will be there Friday around 5pm to Sunday morning
