Is there any interest in a get together to enjoy the Fall Colors that Western NY roads offer ?? I am just outside Rochester and would be willing to organize an event or join up with existing meet. This thread could also capture names and addresses from this part of the country. I’m a first time Crossfire owner (2004) and new to this site which is a great place for questions and answers. I’m amazed at the friendliness of all and the willingness to provide reassuring words to calm the fears of us newcomers ! Edda James said it best.....”At Last”

Maybe we can get some Crossfires local to Rochester to host drive ins from outside the area......any and all suggestions for this event are welcome.
Hi Joe.I know this year has been crazy,but i was wondering if you had anything in the works for fall this year?I'm a little east of Syracuse;the mrs. and i would make the trip out.My daughter goes to University of Buffalo(if they let the kids go back)so we'd kill two birds with one stone.

its a foliage tour so the date has to be mid to late October. Once we set the date and the colors don’t cooperate...we can make it a wine tour, or a call it a scavenger hunt.....maybe a Grand Prix with a run thru Downtown Watkins Glen like they did in the early 50’s.
I’m thinking an 8AM Meet and Greet Breakfast at our home discussing our day with maps and times. Leaving at 9AM, taking 55mi scenic drive down Canandaigua Lake and then SE towards.......
10:30 Hammondsport....... Motorcycle and aviation pioneer, Glenn Curtiss Museum. Antique Boat Museum, quaint downtown shopping and antiques, & major Wineries galore. Then 20 mi East to
2:00 Watkins Glen.....going over original race which goes thru downtown and western hillsides thru farmland and woods. Downtown shopping, Watkins Glen International, andWatkinsGlen State Park.....waterfalls and gorges that are sure to amaze anyone.
5:00 depart for 65 mi. Scenic ride back to starting point.
This is just a suggestion for a 1 day trip. Good selection of places to eat along any section. Can easily absorb more thing in other areas to see if people want a 2 day.
