What's a good deal?

About to buy a 2006 Crossfire LTD Roadster list price of $41,105.
I am under 30K in negotiating - what is the bottom price that they should let it go at? Also, I gather from other threads that the 7/70,000 extended warrantee should go for $1,500 - they are stating $1,700.

Thanks for the input - I really want this car - just don't want to pay too much!!!

Frankly, you have to make the deal you're comfortable with. IMO, a 2006 should not sell for more than $26,500. Look on e-bay for comps, and use those numbers to negotiate.
