Rear tire mileage
Still running OEM tires at 26,000 miles. Went in for servicing this week and dealer reported tread depth of 6/32 front and 4/32 rear. Guess that means it's time to replace the rear tires.
The mileage depends on how drive plus you can't rotate them like a regular car and the drive tires wear faster than the free wheel tires its the same way on front wheel drive. I had a twin turbo awd dodge stealth with michelin pilots and had 68,000 miles on them and still had some to go before I traded it in. My srt6 had new rear tires on it at 19,000 miles when I bought it. So who ever owned it before me didn't get good mileage out of them or the dealer had fun with it before I bought it.

Well, don't know yet. I have about 15K miles on my car and frankly I see very little wear on all my tires. I'll be driving my XF this winter, so I guess that will be a good test as how good they are.
My '04 has 27,000 miles on original PS2's.
The front has 8/32 and the rear has 5/32. New tires start with 10/32 so I am doing good so far.
