2007 Crossfire for 2007 Christmas!

My husband bought me a 2007 Crossfire SE convertible with auto for Christmas! (Yes, I have been a very good, er bad, girl this year!)
This is my car for life, thus the 2007 with Lifetime warranty and max care extension rather than an 06 or 05, altho there were some we loved.
The SE at $24K fit the pocketbook a trifle better than would a new LTD and included a few extra safety features over the closely priced pre-owned market.
I just want to thank all the forum members who've patiently advised and encouraged me for about a month of serious shopping: Ann and Gary, the other Gary, Tod64K, RP, Maxwell, and all the rest whose posts have given me much to think about.
THANK YOU!
zoom-zoom! This car is definitely "returning the favor!"

I guess it must look like this 2007 Roadster. Great price, too!

Wow. Looks exactly like that.
I wish I'd also gotten the showroom lighting effects to go with!

Even better than the car's price...since Chrysler cuts costs by not including floormats with the SE, lucky we found perfect fit black carpet floormats at Family Dollar down the street for $8.:p

Now you need a clear bra for the headlights and the paint (front end) then what else can we spend your money on............a wind screen next and XF hats......................

The red in the photo doesn't look like the XFire red (likely because of the florescent overhead lighting)? At least that color red doesn't look like my red.

Re: 2007 Crossfire for 2007 Christmas!

The red is pretty chameleon.

Without direct sun, it looks very burgundy.

In sunlight, it sparkles with the true beauty of the "Blazing Red Clearcoat" label on the sticker.

Yesterday, sun broke through our Michigan winter sky and I got a bit of the teaser blaze.

You move this car from shade to sun, even, and you see entirely different personality.

And, yes, it was a sunny and toasty 43 here Wed so I put the top down and let her rip!

With coat, muffler and earmuffs, not bad. Think of it as snowmobiling legally on hardtop.

Now you are talking. The color does change when moving from bright light to shade. And the color ranges from a deep burgandy to a bright metallic red. I believe the red is the only extra cost option color that came on the Crossfire.

Glad you had a day to try out the reason you bought the roadster. But, it will be better when you get in the 80s. :)
