This is an exciting car, so the excitement is understandable. I'll bet I have had 10 people in the last two weeks compliment my '04. One was a Chrysler employee who thanked me for buying Chrysler.
I have its' twin in my garage. I bought a vinyl bra for it but my wife reminded me of the invisible Bra we put on her Mitsubishi Diamante when new in 2001. I found a shop in Boise that does an excellent job and has newer plastics that are truly invisible. You can see the wax line a bit but I'm certain I could fix that with a soft brush if concerned about it.
They use a lot of material on the hood and frontal parts. It ends about where the very bright light reflects on your hood in that picture you attached. I'm going to make one change very soon though. Some inconsiderate *** ran a Costco shopping basket close enough to gouge a scratch through the clear coat and paint on the bottom of the passenger mirror.
I have an Oyster Gold Metallic Clearcoat Crossfire waiting to be shipped to us from Grapevine. When I take it to the shop for an invisible Bra I will have them cut the plastic to wrap under both mirrors. That would probably have prevented the deep scratch I now have, likely $500 to fix and paint.
The Bra is a bit pricey at $750 but will keep the entire front of the car like new forever. Eight years later the Diamante front end has no blemishes.
They are very nice cars and will arouse compliments from every walk of life. Even poor people recognize beauty when they see it. You will have to get used to it or blow a fuse one day when overcome with compliments. Restraint with a smile and a "thank you" is the key.

What color is it, really? It looks kind of bronze in the picture. Is it red?
Congrats, BTW. I miss mine but hibernation is a better option than wiping salt off it and sliding all over the road.
