Hankook Ventus V12 Evo N110

Based on $130 in rebates from Discount Tire and Hankook, I purchased a set on Saturday. Went with 235/40 front and 275/35 rears. No fitment problems at all. I was surprised (and a little disappointed) that they do not fill the wheelwells any better height-wise. They are noticeably wider and protrude more beyond the fender. They lack any rim protection (the oem Contis have a ridge of rubber that slightly protects the rim), but the wider tire does extend a good half inch beyond the rim and I hope that does the trick. Otherwise no difference in ride or grip. I paid $1016 out the door including the full tire warranty. My front tires had easily 1/2 tread left while the rears were down to the wear bars at 40,500. My SRT6 should go another year and I think I'll go for 285s on the rear for better grip. Anyone have any issues with three sizes larger? Tire, that is.

Mine in the rear are 285/35/19's and they fit just fine.

They look awesome, but they fit just fine!

My advice for the SRT-6 is to NOT use these tires (at least at stock size). I have these on my '6 now and I cannot wait for them to wear out. If you mash the gas on a corner or slight curve, they will slip. I had these on the Dragon last fall and they slipped all over the place on corners (this was before I even modded the vehicle) and will constantly kick in TC here at my high altitude. I don't dare take the TC off with and kind of aggressive driving.

I have 20,000 miles on my Hankook V-12s on my roadster. Plenty of treadwear left, these tires are far superior than the oe Contis. They handle very well, and surprised at how well they due in the rain. Great looking tire as well. Unless another tire manufacturer comes out with something spectacular, I will definetly buy these again. Hopefully that wont be for another 20,000 miles.

I really enjoy mine! Of course I only have a stock roadster... oh and driving in the rain I hydroplane a bit, but thats probably cause I drive speed limit no matter how bad its coming down lol.

Just put Nitto Motivo on. 60,000 mile tire, they are smooth running and grip well.

Just went with Goodyear Eagle HP Tire all seasonal , Just for a Change , needed tire that would give me more miles as the summer sports tires only lasted about four trips to the Dragon about 2 years , so far so good but they only been on for a week , we will know more this Fall
