I have a 2008 crossfire roadster -- standard shift -- yellow color -- came off the assembly line Oct. 30th, 2007 and the whole production line shut down 6 weeks later on Dec. 16th. How can I find out how many more of the same where made in those last 6 weeks?

 

What is your VIN. # ?

 

Was the last VIN 76014 ?

Is this correct the proper sequence ?

In theory this should match the serial numbers, can anyone verify/correct ? American cars usually start over at 0001 for each new model year. This does not seem to be the case for the Crossfire.
e.g. 2007 MY cars should have serial #s between 69896 and 74228.


The previous post listed the production by calendar year, this is by model year (all 2008s were made in 2007). I do not know what happened with the other 31 (76045 vs 76014) cars.

 

That number appears on only one Crossfire, so yeah it is rare. LOL
