Is it possible that this car has an after market alarm system or possibly it and a remote start system?

I looked around to see if there was an aftermarket alarm. None that I saw.

Shop had it half day Friday and Monday. Here are the tech's notes:

"Tech confirmed horns active when ignition switch "on" & no crank issue. Tech retrieved esp codes: C1038-engine control module not identified or incorrect control module, C1027-fault in CAN communication with the control unit N15/3, C1022-CAN communication with the engine system is faulty. Performed ecm power/ground signal testing-found no 12V power to connector c5-pin9, performed circuit testing at relay control module-found connector "E" pin configuration incorrect-reconfigured pins-vehicle starts/runs & no horn activation when ignition on selected."

So, it wasn't the RCM, it was a pin in a RCM connector, the large gray one on the end.

Thanks to all for the help and the input!

Now, the radio won't turn on

If I recall the one fuse we replaced was the radio fuse. There is also a fuse in the back of the radio that may be blown since you are not getting any power at all to the head unit. You can pick up the removal keys from Walmart. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Scosche-S...o-Din/23000314
