no start - dashlights come on but nothing

I have 2007 CROSSFIRE, The dash lights come on when the key is turned but there is no sound and the starter does not even try?? battery seems to be charged, any idea's

Yes, "Mystery No Start" = the 3 solder joint on the RCM module board.
