Fun car to drive!
Fun car to drive!
I’ve owned my roadster for only about 3 weeks now. I’ve only taken it to a few small towns around me on short drives. Today, I burned a vacation day from work and drove to Indianapolis and back. What a fun car to drive. I’ve driven a small pickup truck for the past 25 years so it is nice to drive something that has some “get up and go” along with great handling. Couldn’t be happier that I found this car!

Re: Too bad
Anyone ever seen this guy's review of the roadster???
Erase this if it doesn't belong here. I was looking to see what people have put on youtube on the Crossfire and found this and a couple more. One guy that bought a close to junker cheap at auction had some helpful stuff on correcting some top and accessory problems. Some of you might find some of this helpful...or not.

Re: Fun car to drive!
Inspirational. You're right, they are fun to drive. (Almost as much as my Killer Bee RX-7 convert I built out of an '81 RX back in about '85. 200+ hp rotary and wide fenders and big 225s in the back - it was like a 4 wheel motorcycle. And very reliable. (Or maybe I was just younger.) Anyway, reading this thread and ordering one of those T-shirts (yellow roadster on gray) inspires me to withdraw the sale of Buttercup - The Yellow Rose of Texas, at least for the present. Instead of listing on eBay I'll have to start looking for a garage to rent.
