Has the "sticky key fix" been performed on your car? Any wear on the Driver's Seat Side Bolster? One Owner - Both Key FOBs?

 

Not sure what the sticky key issue is

Some wear on driver's seat but hard to see it because it is not visible when you get in

Only one Key Fob now, but we are still hopeful that we will find the other around the house, but I have found a guy to make a new one from Mercedes and program it for about $200. Golling Dealership gave me a price of $560..... OUCH

 

The Albanian guy who can make a working Mercedes key FOB for my 2006 Crossfire is Pajtim located in Sterling Heights, Michigan who has a cell phone number 313-221-0042

I have not had him make me one but he knows a ton about foreign car lock systems

Seems a pretty fair price, to buyer AND seller.

Being an 06, it is likely it was built with the modded ignition, so a "Sticky Key" on this car is not too likely.
