Default Right signal socket assembly issue

Changed my bulbs. Sitll not working, tried the soldering idea, switched to the left side, works fine, deductible ... it is the housing. Looked with mirror to see contact on upper of hole, the metal conductor has hole!!! Any suggestions? I s it supposed to have a hole?

What did you solder? It is the hole in the socket contact that is soldered.
What did you switch to the left side? I guess it was the bulb.
