Do cops know our dirty little secret?
It occurred to me that there are certain stretches of roads where the speed limit is 55 (or 45) but it is just made for 65 mph. Of course the means the spoiler goes up... (not that I've ever driven over the speed limit!!!)
Has anybody been pulled over because the cop knew it only deployed over 62???

I've kind of wondered about that, but since you can prove that you can put it up or down at will I don't think they could use that against you. Now Porsche's on the other hand....
Mine starts to go up at around 67 mph, but I get to around 80-85 mph before it is fully deployed, depending whether I'm in 3rd & 4th or 6th.
Cops cannot prove our speed on whether the spoiler is up as we can deploy manually at any speed.

On that sort of road I put it up manually and leave it there, don't like it going up and down on every roundabout!
Problem is remembering to put it down when I get home in the dark, would be nice if it dropped with the ignition - but I suppose someone could have a hand in the way or something so it couldn't work like that. Health and Safety BS sigh...

I also forget to drop it when I have it up manually.
