So I broke the plunger on my top open switch when trying to get my door seal seated. The only one I could find was over $200 on Ebay. Fortunately I was able to find the spring from inside, so I measured it all up and 3d printed a new one. The second version I printed seemed to work ok, kind of stuck when I went to open the top tonight though. I'll do a little investigation and make a few adjustments.

Nice, Might try some different materials to see what works best if it is printed in PLA. I am playing around with some CF reinforced nylon for a trunk divider switch replacement I am working on.
