Default Pulley and ECU, before and after difference, ET's inside

Here are the before and after slips from running the SRT-6 Convertible. DA was similar both days, around 2,300 - 2,400 feet. I installed the pulley's and ecu.

Before/After

60' 2.006 1.92
330' 5.74 5.50
1/8th 8.78 8.47

I picked up 1.5 mph as well. Car picked up .3. I didn't try to kill the launch. I left at 1,500 - 1,600 rpm's. Let it shift itself. I was about 3/4 of a tank of fuel. If I really messed with it, I could have dropped another .15. When correcting for air and running the 1/4, it should run 12.90's or so. Not to bad.

here's a cool calculator for estimating your HP from 1/4 mile times.

http://www.speedworldmotorplex.com/calc.htm

12.95 sec in a 3,300 lbs car = 300 hp at the rear wheels and 354 hp at the flywheel.

Using mph is a better indication of hp as it takes away the error of tire spin or a poor launch.

This guy has been around more drag racing than the rest of us combined. He's got a good idea what the conversion would be.

I'm having the transmission for my SRT-10 aired in tomorrow. I hope to make a run in it on sunday. Been 10 months worth of work. Of course, it's on stock tires so I'm not expecting anything but tire spin. If I can spin the tires all the way down the track and still run in the 8's. I'll be happy.
