Default 2008 Crossfire

Is Chrysler going offer a 2008 model Crossfire? I was paging through the September 2007 Motor Trend "New Cars 2008-2009" and came across this:

Probably leftovers. But to hear DCX tell it, they have sold better than expected. I guess that's why you can't find one a dealer lot anywhere around here.

No, they are calling it a 2008 model and looks like the SRT-6 will not be offered.

If you go to the chrysler website...they don't even list srt-6's anymore! My guess is that if there is an '08 model...it will just be a left over '07.

DCX hasn't listed a SRT6 since 2005. As all of them were 2005 models, with the exception of ~ 12 that have 2005 build dates but 2006 VINs - other than that, no differences.

I've seen 1 2007 Xfire. A SSB Limited Roadster. The only cosmetic/physical change I noted was the glove box. It doesn't swing down or open down anymore. It is basically a flap that folds down. Probably something to do with the airbag changes for 2007.

It is true that Chrysler is resuming production of the Crossfire for 2008 and also true there is no SRT-6.
