Unhappy Scratch on the seat

Took a friend for a test drive and when he got out of the car there was a 4” scratch on the seat (must have come from a button on the back of his pants). The scratch isn’t deep but is noticeable. What is the best way to deal with this? I looked at some threads on cleaning the seats but I don’t know what's the best way to deal with this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i would begin with a leather cleaner ... then apply a quality leather lotion type conditioner (not an armorall like product)...

if this doesn't work over time ... you could have the leather re-sprayed. this is a professional method used when boosters are worn or discolored.

hope this helps.
