Here's a upgrade for the XFire

How about this for a upgrade. For that price it makes me wonder why the srt6 is selling so cheap. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MERCE...ayphotohosting

Wow is that over priced! I saw a complete SRT-6 engine sell for under $3k on ebay and the seller listed it multiple times before it sold.

So let's see if I have this right.........$14,000 for a new engine added to the $20,000 for a Limited Crossfire.

So for $30,000 I can have a bastardized Crossfire that's roughly as fast as a $25,000 SRT-6.

I don't suppose that will void out the 8-80 warranty......will it? :p

Not on the transmission. ...maybe

Oh, and you still don't have the SRT-6 suspension or transmission.

For $14,000 you would think they'd at least throw in the transmission to. They must be tying to make up what the insurance didn't pay on the loss.:p

It's a 5.5 litre V8 that makes up to 510 HP. Would it even fit in the Crossfire's engine bay?
