Hi - First post and a question to boot.
Hi everyone.
Been looking around here for a couple of days and figured it was time to jump in.
Just bought a SRT6 and am really enjoying it.
Thanks to this forum I immediately found the "defective" IC pump and replaced it (even though it was a warranty item - I saved the hassle and did it my self, yes with the "Lightening pump")
Now for the question....I found the antifreeze to be blue in color..is this correct OE antifreeze? I thought MB used a pale organge/yellow colored antifreeze.

BTW this is my second SRT - I also have a Magnum SRT...I think the Crossfire will fit in the cargo area..what a difference.

I can't help you with the anti-freeze. (I haven't even had my first oil change) But, I would like to welcome you to the club! Welcome!
Welcome to the forum. I know you will enjoy your SRT6. They are great cars! I havent changed my pump yet but I only have 2,500 miles on mine. Maybe this spring I will.
Thank you for the warm welcome.
So far I am enjoying the "6" and I see there is a lot to learn from this forum - so far extremely helpful.
I just finished a applying the Zaino and got her looking good. Boy, polishing does go faster than on the Magnum.

Welcome to the Forum!!
Mine is Blue, but it shouldn't matter much what you put in it either way... just do your best not to mix it... as certain additives destory other additives..

What if the system has Japanese green, Toyota red, Korea n or European blue, or European yellow? As we noted, European and Korean formulas have silicates, so U.S. green or yellow/gold is all right, but it slightly compromises the extended life formulas some have. Typically all that means is: Change at 30,000 in stead of 36,000 miles. The Japanese green and red antifreezes have no silicates, but they are very different from U.S. orange. If you really drain out the old antifreeze from any of these systems (thoroughly rinse the system with fresh water), you certain ly can refill with a U.S. yellow/gold or green silicated antifreeze
WARNING
CAUTION: MoparT Antifreeze/Coolant, 5 Year/100,000 Mile Formula (MB 325.0) may not be mixed with any
other type of antifreeze. Mixing of coolants other than specified (non-HOAT or other HOAT), may result in
engine damage that may not be covered under the new vehicle warranty, and decreased corrosion protection
