First I want to thank Everyone at Eurocharged! I'm very satisfied with the quality of work I received and the dedication of Tony to insure that I had the best tune(s). My roadster is now officially a monster (without the NOS) They took the time to create two different files for my computer and after 1/2 a tank of gas and 2 1/2 10# bottles of NOS later all I have to do is send the computer back to have it partitioned they will be able to load both files without having to retune on a Dyno.

It was great meeting everyone at the shop Saturday. Matt I have a new friend!

It's 104F and 80% humidity in New Orleans so I think I'll just go back to bed and get some rest. I got back to New Orleans around 6AM this morning.

I didn't know that was possible, very cool. How much does that cost/more details?

 

Jake at Eurocharged told me about it last week. You send them the computer Eurocharged sends it to a company that removes the chip from the computer and solders in a new chip that's partitioned so you can have two different tunes in your computer without having to re-flash the computer. It takes about 10 days to have it done.

The price is around $900.00 including both maps installed. It's pricy but I'd rather pay this and know I'm running the best tunes without compromising and running lean.

OK so here are the numbers from my tune @ Eurocharged with a 75# shot of NOS.
On a Dyno- Dynamic Dyno:
348.5 HP
460 FT.LBS. Torque

using a conversion table a Dynojet dyno would be:
411.76 rwhp
541.18 ftlbs torque
I will be bringing it in for a Dynojet tune in a couple of weeks to verify these numbers.

was that the dyno on the bottle or off the bottle.

 

NOTE: The Temperatures were in the mid to upper 90's with high humidity when these runs were made. A drop of fifteen degrees would have made a major difference to these numbers.
Without the NOS 75# shot.
320 HP
370 FT.LBS Torque

Using the conversion table Dynojet would be
power: 376.47 hp
torque: 435.29 lbft

I will be doing more work in the next couple of months to increase these numbers, my goaL add another 100HP and another 120+ torque. I have several ideas I'll be trying over the next few months.

Those runs were without NOS! The Bottle was in the shop (empty) and the ECU was flashed with my non NOS File.

What else is one to do when you get back in town and it's freaking raining EVERYDAY!

First dry day the track is open I'll be there! I'll post my results when I finally get some. BTW the long hair is gone and I'm sporting a crewcut (less wind resistance in the roadster) ha.
