FYI---Speeding is considered aggressive driving and ALL law enforcement agencies in the US have instituted an "aggressive driving campaing for July - September, 2009. It has nothing to do with Obama or Palin.

I thought speeding was speeding and aggressive driving was too many lane changes, brake checks, following too closely for conditions, etc...
