Thought I'd start a new thread for people to post their results to...

A big "Thanks" to Tony/Eurocharged, Dynolab, and the Buckhead Imports guys... and big props for bringing in the BBQ sandwiches! Also thanks to 32Crazy for getting this started. Although it was freezing, it was a great turnout / meet & greet. Nice meeting you guys!

I'm kind of wishing I signed up now but I also just got the c3 installed, so might as well get bored with this power before I add the tune

 

Well, looks like uploads will have to wait until they fix the 127 error. Anyway, as Buggin said... Thanks to Tony and crew for coming down and making this a fun day for everyone. Thanks to 32Crazy for putting it together. It was great meeting everyone. I will post the dyno later but in the mean time, here are how the numbers came out for me.

Before

HP 310.7
Torque 303.7

After

HP 337.3
Torque 344.2

Results: HP +26.6 Torque +40.5

 

I had posted the following to the original "ecu tuning feeler" thread, but
since you opened this thread specifically for the results posts, I thought
I'd place it here as well...

Just got back from the dyno tuning session with Eurocharged! Wow, what
a morning. Got to see some great cars and meet some fantastic people. A
special high-five to Tony and Jerry. Nicer guys I've not met. And both
seem to have a lot of knowledge of the 3.2 Liter S/C Merceded motor. Also
met Jason from Buckhead Imports (local Eurocharged affiliate), another fine
man, whom I may be doing some business with in the near future. And,
of course a big thanks to 32Krazy for getting this together.

Anyway, it was cold, cold this morning (good for the cars, bad for the
shivering folks). But the excitement was infectious and soon had everyone
a little bit warmer. Everything went smoothly, and cars were moving on
and off the dyno in about an hours time. Mine took just a little longer, as
the ECU crashed during tuning, and had to be removed to the bench for
a re-flash. Then, back in the car, adjust the tune, and wow! What a
difference.

So, here are my numbers...

Pre-tune: 299.9 whp
287.3 ft/lbs.

Post-tune: 331.7 whp
330.9 ft/lbs.

So, basically a 31 whp and 43 ft/lbs. increase over just adding
the C3 pulley and SL55 intake. I was actually making just a little more
HP and Torque than the C32 that was on the dyno ahead of me. Guess
I'll need to invest in rubber stock. Anyone know a good rubber tree
plantation for sale?

A great day it was. I think I had the biggest #s of the 3.2 SC engines. Right after me was a SL55 AMG that got 476 HP, 540 ft/lbs.(Rained on my Parade )

BEFORE: 340 WHP, 325 ft/lbs
AFTER : 355 WHP, 353 ft/lbs

Wow, you baselined 340 hp with only a C3 and a dual NW? Those are some impressive numbers. Yours was just going on the dyno when I left. Congrats.

 

guys i just got home and man im beat!! i had so much fun today i cant remember laughing so much and hearing the sound of screaming engines. bmorgan you were uprooted!! metalmiltia has a beast of a car and that exhust was the best sounding car all day. im convinced his true dual and high flow cats got him the top spot. sweet sounding and when they stood on it it vibrated you in the chest!
tony and jerry thanks for coming down and letting the c3 crowd have such a good time. they are the class of the field in both tuning and customer service. ask kleeman or renntech to stop in your town and spend the day in an open shop with 30 degree weather and tune cars.
jason from buckhead imports is first class with the emphasis on class!. super dude and i wont even hold the fact he drives a bimmer against him!! without him this never could have happened. dynolab is a great place to run the cars.
and remember ... TODAY AND ONLY TODAY can you have this much fun!!!!!!!!!

Not as much of a gain as I was hoping for, but I guess I did start a little higher than some...

absolutely had a fantastic time. even bigKid got a baseline dyno run and the -10* fan mod. he just couldnt stand it!
the greatfnr with the c55 amg couldnt take the pressure either! after that sl55 posted those monster numbers he had his car done. i told him to bring money!!

the cars just kept coming today. the word spread like fire the tuners were in town and everyone showed up. i wish jc had that massive twin turbo v12 there i would love to see him bust 1000 hp

on a more seriuos note if you ever get a chance to hear metalmiltia's exhaust take in that sweet sound. i now know were my next mods will be! im sure thats were his extra 20 hp came from.

Ok guys, I just got in and it was a great day. I am glad I made the drive down and enjoyed meeting all of you.Jerry, Tony, Jason and all of the support group were excellent.I enjoyed watching each of you get the results of your tunes. I think everyone left with big grins on their faces

After you all left, they let that beautiful SL 55 AMG cool fo 20 minutes and it posted 498 whp on the last pull. Then the M3 made 381 whp on it's pull.

So, after watching all of you all day long........I just had to find out what #'s my car would make. Drum roll please:

Before: 351.1 whp 336.1 torque
After: 364.0 whp 357.1 torque

Okay I am finally warm Damn it was cold in Atlanta I am really happy to be back in Florida but it was worth the trip. Thanks to everybody that put this together and made it so fun. I am going to try and post up all of the data I got. I was on the Dyno for about an hour and ahalf as they fought with my lean issues. About half way into the dyno guy hooked up a fuel pressure gauge to my car to see if that was an issue. They Also did the 6 right after mine for a comparison. The general consensus is that we needs more fuel and the reason the 32's aren't having the lean issue is they have different fuel pumps internal to there tank. Anyway look at the results and judge for yourself.
