Default supercharger randomly shutting off?

I'm having an odd issue and I hope someone here can help me figure out what's going on.

Once in a while, and I mean, maybe once every other week and then sometimes once every day for two days and then back to once a month (absolutely random!) it feels like my supercharger is turning off.

I'll be on the highway, driving perfectly fine, get into some traffic and end up going slowly. I go to pass, mashing the gas pedal, I have no power and no supercharger whine.

Other times I'm just driving along at a steady speed and the car feels like it hiccuped. As if the supercharger shut off for a split second and turn back on (belt slip?).

The only modification I have is an intake. My warranty is up Feb 2010 (in service date was in 2007 if you're wondering) so I want to make sure I get this fixed if it does need to be fixed.

Thoughts?

It's your IC pump. Do a search.........There is a ridiculous amount of information on this problem and the remedies to fix it.
