when I got the car the dealership said they would replace it, its been 3 months have called almost every week, they said they are having a hard time finding one..hard to believe that one. so they said they ordered one from Mercedes and its on back order. do you guys think that it would be that hard for the dealership to get one? if someone knows how to get a hold of one please let know so I can tell them where to get the fog light assembly, would appreciate it very much.

 

i might have one for you. i definitely have a fog light, im just not 100% sure what side it is for. I will check tonight.

 

The driver side fog light on my '07 has a broken bracket (although the light still works), and the dealer advised me the part # has changed and I would therefore need to order both driver and passenger lights.

Think IamFink2 went through this also.

My plan is to get a used one off e-bay or a junkyard.

I hit a rock Friday night and now I too need a drivers side fog light assembly. Any help ? Dealers wants $250.00 !!

 

I have a driver's side fog light that has never been used, still new in the box. I paid full price for it about a year ago, if anyone wants it let me know. If retail is $250, does about $200 or so sound fair?

I also have one center cap for the SRT6 if anyone is interested. I paid full price for that too, which I think is about $70? Not sure, but if anyone wants it I'll sell it for less than retail.

 

I got the details of mine figured out. its the drivers side fog lamp housing, its not 100% perfect shape,I would call it a 90%. small chip in the very edge of the glass, and a little crack in the plastic part of the rear housing, but the little bit of damage is hidden when it is mounted in the bumper

anyone want to pay half the dealer costs? let me know

I have a driver's side light still installed that I'm planning on replacing; the passenger side was trashed so I had to order 2 of the new style ones.
Make me an offer and I'll pull it off to send to you.
BTW - I scored a brand new SRT bumper with a little help from my body shop; it is now sitting in my garage waiting for the other parts to come in!
