What's Wrong With This Picture...

Good evening SRT enthusiast. I currently own an '05 SRT-6 w/25k. I barely drive my car but I still try to keep it in top shape. Just the other day I took it in for a oil change. While on the lift, my mechanic called me over and told me that I have a leak of some sort. He said it's not imperative but eventually need to be taken care of. Take a look at the pic. Pardon my ignorance but I'm not a mechanic. Can someone tell me what's the problem here, where's it coming from, and possible what caused this? Also, what part do I need to buy and where can I get it from. Thanks in advance.

32krazy...have you fixed it yet? If so, what was the repairs looking like? If it's not repaired immediately, would it do the car anymore harm if driven sparingly?
