What kind of crank HP can I expect
Each car is different, but I would guess somewhere between 340 - 360 RWHP. This would very roughly equate to 400 - 420 crank HP. RWHP is what counts though.
Lots of variables.
My mods and results (see signature) at 4600 feet elevation.
Roadster 192 pulley and mail in tune.
Coupe 181 pulley and Code 3 pulley, mail in tune.

...third if you count Bryan's (ImportLabSRT) turbo SRT-6. I think his made just about 500rwhp on the dyno.
...as many will say HP will vary between dynos and who you ask, but ETs will speak for themselves...if you race.
400 is roughly good estimate for your modifications...if you also have a tune, and a bit of cooling modifications.
I wouldn't run a 185mm pulley without also getting a tune. Just my $.02

Hey Romio, since you're getting the 185 pulley, be sure to spend a couple extra on insurance - by that I mean get the super cooler (because that 185 will heat up your supercharger in a hurry and that'll kill your power) and a pulley saver / wrap kit. The extra wrap of the belt around the SC pulley will help deliver every ounce of that 185's power.
Also, if you can make it up to eurocharged for a tune, your tune will be much better if done on a dyno.
Past that, it sounds like you're next in line for modded intake manifolds and a limited slip differential.
Oh, will the parts never end! LOL

I talked to Jerry at EuroCharged and I am swapping out the 185 for the 181. He said If I do not plan on going beyond the CAI, tune and pulley than the 181 will perform better. I am not too worried about leaning out with a 181 and a tune.
