I was talking to Rob and to Devlin today and forund out some important data.
I ASKED and devlin is shipping me the two side seals with the rear so I can replace them this timel. Last time I did a rear I reused the seals and have had no issue but this time for like $6 and change per seal, I decided to get the pair.
If you have not gotten your rear sent out, you might consider getting the seals since the price is so reasonable. Just wanted to pass this info along for what it is worth.
ENJOY, W

Mine came with the 2 seals and RTV for the cover ...... and the Wavetrac. I saw it all apart and it looked doable for most, well, with a lift anyway. Labor was 3 hours for the instal. I'd love to have a how to on record somewhere.

a member here(jonnyb i think) did a great writeup on the removal and install of the diff. im changing the order of install just a bit but overall wasnt hard. worst part is getting the right leverage to pop the axles out of the diff. them things are in there!!! big crowbar a piece of wood and pry hard. i would do this before removing the mount bolts as i didnt and the diff moves all over the place.
