Possible STOCK WHEEL's Tire Sizes

Hey guys, I frequent the local ads alot looking for good deals on my rear tires quite frequently and I was just wondering if we could compile a list of all the "POSSIBLE" tire sizes that will fit on stock rims. Considering the front tires are stock size on stock rims, what are the ranges of tire sizes I could put on the rear tires without any problems? This way I can search more broadly and have a better chance at getting some cheap deals to keep me going :D

Thanks for the input in advance guys, this forum is truly the greatest!

Can no one give me a ballpark of what sizes will fit on the rear stock rims?

Like 225-275 and 35-85 etc....

Someone has to know this!!!

You can use stock 225/40 or 235/40 in front on stock rims pretty painlessly. In the back you can use 255/35 to 295/30 on stock rims.... the tire shop may not be your friend if you do the 295's...

I have 285/35-19 in the back and 235/40-18 in the front.

I have perelli pzero rosso's on the back 305/30/19 and 225/40/18 on front.....I have really good tire guy's so they got them to fit. my car is not lowered and so far no rubbing or issues but perelli tend to run a little narrower than most 305's.

I'd also like to know what the maximum tire size would be with no complications including lowering

HOLY !&*@!!!! I thought this post died off and went unanswered! I go google for my front tires and AMX takes the cake!!!

I am assuming I can't put "all" of the tires on the list on my care safely, but which statistics do I need to stay within 1 inch on specifically???
