New 65mm Pulley

Hello guys,

It is time to continue moving on. After my last DCAI custom project, now I decided to get some power out of the S/C. So, I just installed a new 65mm pulley. I bought it from a Poland eBay seller. Actually, the item wasn't posted anymore. I was lucky to contact the seller and get 1 out of the last 3 pullies he had available. It cost me only $375 shipped. IMO, that was a great deal keeping on mind how hard is to find one of these smaller pullies. It is made out of steel and has original NSK bearings and alloy springs. See the item details:

Now, check the difference on size compared with the new 65mm pulley.

The installation was really simple thanks to an old post from forum's member 32krazy!, (code 3 instructions). I haven't test drive the car yet due to weather conditions but I hope to get her out for a run soon. My next step will be the tuning of my car with at Eurocharged. In the meantime, enjoy a few more pics...

I bought the 65mm from the same guy like 10 months ago. Everything works fine with the pulley so far! Seems like it’s good quality. I didn’t need to add/decrease the shims either. It was a perfect fit.
