Wheel Wax
Hi,
If you do not have dust free brake pads you know keeping the wheels clean is a pain !!!
Try Wheel Wax, you can get it at Advanced auto parts, puts on a nice shine and makes your next clean up a breeze. Put two coats on the front wheels the first time.
I am not connected with Wheel Wax or Advanced Auto parts. Just passing on a tip that works for me.

Once again my brother XF'ers come though with a great idea. I just pulled my wheels this weekend, since I was sick of the dust build up and wanted to give them a good shine. the results are below. However, I knew that I'd have to be doing this again soon, so this product notice is very much appreciated. I literally just ran out and bought some, now I gotta pull the wheels again.
Would you guys know if this stuff works on wheels that have a protective coating over the chrome lip? My aftermarket wheels are chrome (black powder coated) with a chrome lip that has this protective coating over it. Would there be any special cleaning instructions for this? thx.
MrQue,
I just did my fronts today and will get to the rears later this week. I'll give let you know how well it does (regarding the break dust) after I give it a week. I think I'm gonna have to break down and take Andrew's advice and get the Rotex pads on the XF sooner rather than later. I'm getting sick of the break dust. Felix Unger syndrome I guess.

Well, it's been two weeks after wheel waxing and the jury sezzz...nice try, but it's still pretty dusty.
Honestly, the waxing did make the dust removal somewhat easier, but it's still a bit of work to get that "Mr. Clean" look.
However, I am still hooked so waxing will continue.

I read what you had to say and went down the street and bought some. A tad expensive at $10.70, but doesn't matter because it's for my car. How does this stuff work different then regular wax? I will give my opinion when I get some results.
I wash my crossfire every other day. However, I seem to be getting some staining on the front wheels from brake dust. If I used rubbing compound on them, most of it will come off. Will the Wheel Wax protect the wheels and keep this from happening?
