Adam's In & Out
Just received Adam's In & Out! What a great product! I have the typical Roadster problem of the top seal plastic on the cover has faded terribly and I have tried everything else, no luck restoring until this. It took about 30 seconds to restore with in and out! It also works super on the windshield wiper too.
PS - Be sure to clean first, I used Purple Magic. |
Re: Adam's In & Out
Works great in the engine compartment, hoses and anything else that's black.

I'm wondering if Adam's VRT is the same product.

It is not the same as In & Out spray. I don't see any newly named products that would be the stuff so I am guessing they don't have it anymore. |
Re: Adam's In & Out
Kind of strange that they would just drop a product line like that. I'll shoot them an email and post what I find out.

If they discontinued it, check with their dealers.

I'm going to give this a try.http://www.autopia-carcare.com/303-30340.html

Re: Adam's In & Out
303 is a great product. I use it for my dashboard. It protects from UV without leaving any greasy finish. It would not revive faded vinyl as well as Adams In and Out will.

Re: Adam's In & Out
Answer to the puzzle:
Hi Richard, Thanks for the email!!! I love the In & Out Spray, and have been using the last can I have sparingly! We can't have it made, nor sell it anymore, as our friends at the California Air Resources Board informed us this groovy product is now illegal. If you want some bedtime reading/sleep aid, you can read up on the incredibly exciting news http://www.arb.ca.gov/consprod/regs/cp.pdf Now, other states have followed suit. Illinois , where our aerosol was packaged and labeled, has joined the majority of the US with their own VOC regulations, and cannot supply the chemical. I figured since our company is now based in Colorado , we could get away with selling it. I was wrong, as Colorado is on the list of VOC compliant states. For now, there is a product by Stoner called "Trim Shine," which is oily, however, if you use a microfiber towel to wipe it carefully after you spray, it can be controlled. It's no replacement for the In & Out, but if you are hooked on an aerosol, this is something to get you by. www.trimshine.com We are busy trying to formulate a good replacement product friends, so stay tuned . . . . . . Thanks for your business, and we'll formulate a replacement soon! Have a great week, |
Re: Adam's In & Out
I heard the same on Autopia forum, I'm going to give Stoner a try, I like their Tire Shine and glass cleaner.
