Need some body paint advice
I have to remove and replace the anti nick tape that sits under the back of the convertible top on the rear deck. Has anyone done this? I imagine a heat gun is part of the job and I have found the replacement tape. The body shops around here don't want to tackle this job so it seems it's a DIY. Thanks for any input.

If it rips while pulling, use your fingernails to catch edges. Don't ask why. Replacing the tape should be very straight-forward. Once you start-don't pull on the vinyl-it will stretch and end up NOT where you thought it would go... :p |
