Default Ceramic coatings

Can anyone recommend? And as its around 30 degrees outside, should I wait to spring?

Wait till warmer weather. An use a good primer before hand. I didn't like the ceramic paints on calipers, they chip off in cold weather going from cold to hot. Just my experience...
