a great product for cleaning your glass...

i have had the best luck with "3M glass cleaner". i use a blue surgical huck towel (lint free) to clean them... in the pattern of: side to side, up and down, side to side and around the perimeter to finish... flipping the towel as i go...to a streak free shine.

~ best tip... do not wash your windows in the direct sunlight. (='s smears/streaks) ...

~ fyi - windex is the worst glass cleaner for car windows.

I usually use just clean water and finish with invisible glass cleaner! NO special towels! The lint flies off at first take off!!!

I have had good luck over the years with "spray away" glass cleaner.
It is in an aerosol type can, blue and white.
I agree, direct sun and glass cleaning is a no no.

Invisible glass works great, especially when used with newspaper. The ink leaves an incredible shine.

I usedta have a PT Cruiser, whose black B and C pillars clouded something awful.
A Cruiser forum published the following recipe, which is now my favorite glass cleaner;

1/3 alcohol
1/3 distilled water
1/3 vinegar

Granted, it smells like Granny Clampett's Rheumatizz Medicine, but it cleans bird clap, dog slobber, and toddler prints offa glass like a CHAMP!

What did you do for those B and C pillars? Could you bring them back to life?

Ximol the first time, then Granny's Rheumatizz for maintenance. Spectacular results.
