Won't read code

Hooked the code reader up .It said it was not hooked to pcm or key was not on,key on and hooked up .Went to Autozone their won't read either. They said I had a blown fuse.PLease need help.

Check fuse 14 in the Underhood Accessory Block ( the one by the ABS on the left side )
