Default undercarrage lighting?

Ok go ahead and laugh... Has anyone done any lighting under the body of their car? I love cruzing around town at night during the summer with the top down and was thinking some subtle lighting under the car might be a fun thing.

I suppose you are against the lighted door sills as well or just anything underneath? Well I satisfied my curosity and will have to pass. I have a base model and thought chrome might also be something to look at but I think stock is the best bet. I just enjoy driving it any ole way.

i actually kinda dig the lighted door sills; i just see them as a kind of cool (tasteful) type dome lighting when entering or exiting the vehicle. my only issue is the ones on ebay light up blue when all of the other interior lighting is green. do they offer them in green?
i'm still questioning the light up windscreens for the roadsters- mixed feelings.

Actually, the Crossfire illuminated door sills are very nice. I have them on the SRT. The undercarrage lighting looks cheesey IMHO.

You can mod them to be green. It's only offered in blue. There's a thread here on how to change the color.

I was considering puddle lights, not neon for under carriage lighting at the bottom of this link: http://autolumination.com/tubes.htm

Ah yes, I just saw MMZ_Timelord's thread on changing the color- very cool. of course, my attention span of an eight year old only looked at the pictures.
i didn't know what puddle lights were- now i do. hmmm, better than neon, but still unnecessary imo (and not my taste).

Tube lights, a different look but on fourteen inch centers probably only three per side? I have the lighted restrictor and love it. I guess it takes all kinds to make the world go round. Just enjoy your ride.

My bad, I probably should have said wind restrictor. This site seems to have all the answers. I guess that is what's so nice about asking questions. If your skin is a little thin then probably not the place to look for opinions. I did throw on a couple of lighted valve stems just for kicks. I had to laugh, we went in for ice cream at Culvers this summer and I left them flashing... People were driving by trying to figure out what they were.. ha ha Probably thought they were some high test security system.. ha ha
