rear fender removal

Default rear fender removal

i want to install some parking sensors into the rear fender. can anyone tell me how to take it off.

~ the rear quarter panel is welded in place.

Presumably he means the plastic cover.

hi andrew i meant the rear bumper as we call it in the uk.

the plastic bit lol.

this may aid with the location of the bolts/clips/mounting points to be removed...

thanks Andrew. was it hard to remove?

i removed the retaining screws underneath at the bottom of the bumper but couldn't find any others, are they hidden?

this was the body shops doings... i personally have no idea on how to remove it...

but it appears the main attachment points seem to be behind the rear tire area (see metal bracket)...

there also seems to be a bolt in the far corner of the tail lamp housing area...

hopefully someone will post a pdf from the shop manual for you!
