Turn signal and hazard failure

My 05 had a total failure of turn signals and hazards. No dash indications or exterior signals. Fuses check good. All other light functions work.
I've read other posts and would appreciate any advice. Does the switch
In the steering column do everything?
With no hazards I'm looking for where the hazards and turn signals meet.
Ideas Please!

These systems have the Illumination Control Module in common, even though the fuses are under the hood (#35) and on the ICM (#4), look up the Shop Manual to see the details.
