Headlight Housing
 

So, the right front of my car was damaged awhile back and was repaired and the whole housing had to be replaced for the headlights, well the place that did it basically fixed the light pointing down and it cant be adjusted. Ive been told the housing needs to be replaced again and was also told that would cost about 500 bucks. Is this right or is there anything else i can do?
