Liftgate lights no worky...

1 Attachment(s)
Well I am slowly getting accustomed to the quirks of the new to me crossfire. I washed and waxed it today and in the process of washing the liftgate window I noticed the two lights at the bottom weren't on. The rest of the interior lights were on. I pulled both bulbs and checked them for continuity, Ok. I then checked for voltage at the sockets, zero volts. I have perused the shop manual that's posted on this site and can't seem to track down a wiring diagram for these lights. BTW, the cargo lamp comes on when the liftgate is opened. Suggestions?
Thanks!

I haven't checked the fuses yet but find it interesting the lights aren't mentioned in the service manual AFAIK.

Those lights are for the license plate, so turn on your lights to test them.
