Are spoilers interchangeable?

Default Are spoilers interchangeable?
I have a crossfire convertible (05) that was originally red and painted white, however the spoiler is still black.
If i purchased a white spoiler online that was pulled from a hard top, would it still fit?

No way. The roadster's is wider than the coupe.

Haha! That's because the Roadster is faster than the coupe.

If the car was Red, why is the wing black?

The easiest solution would be a can of paint from Auto Touchup plus a can of clear. Voila. Total cost about $40.
