This is what I want to put under my spolier...
If I can find a good emblem/stick-on graphic, I think this would be awesome. Not too big and stuck right in the center...
I like this emblem design alot, except I would like it to read Powered by at the top and Mercedes Benz on the bottom! Leave the rest of the design enact or make it an elongated badge. Just my thoughts!
I would buy it!
Thanks bobs!

There was a long thread on the powered by Mercedes Benz as an addition to the car. There is a "label" available through Dodge for the Sprint van that fits under the spoiler very nicely. If I can find the part number again, I'll repost it.

Here is a link to the thread on this:

And here is some specific information from that thread which is somewhere on page 4.
Here's the part number 5124317AA and its called "nameplate".

Okay, I know I'm going to draw some fire for this but it's only a question with comments welcome and nothing implied for those that want to do it.
Why the infatuation with MB and wanting to stick their logos and emblems on the Crossfire?
Yes, it's heritage is MB, but the Crossfire is sold and serviced as a Chrysler product. If we wanted a MB, then we should have bought one. Isn't it kind of like sticking a Lexus sticker on a Toyota or whatever brand you care to rebadge?
One exception, I can see the powered by emblem/sticker as it is a MB engine in the car, but not the three pointed star as shown above.

This is a "no win" answer, but here goes...I look at the Crossfire as a coach built MB. The car is not assembled by Chrysler, simply sold and serviced, through their dealerships. In the past, coach builders would take a chassis and put their body design on it, and refer to the car by the name of the chassis/engine builder. I see the Crossfire in the same vein. It is an MB SLK320 with a custom body (designed by DC) and assembled by Karmann Coach Builders (that was the name on my other three German cars built by them). I see no problem in removing or replacing the Chrysler emblems with the simple Crossfire emblems. I put one of the new ones on the front, and although I could live without the "Made in Germany" it is basically unobtrusive. I will not put the truck emblems on as a matter of personal preference, but then, that's what owning a car like this all about. Each to his own, and the enjoyment of making the car "yours" through personal mods. What other people think isn't important, they don't own the car! So mod on and enjoy.
Just put a badge on it with a big question mark since most people don't know what is anyway...
I put the crossfire emblems over the chrysler ones mainly because that big gold ribbon clashed with my colors and looked plain silly.
I restore chrysler cars from 1966 - 1974 mostly dodge and plymouth stuff, I am a MOPAR man...and proud of it.

I want to buy one for my crossfire. Please send some info to me. wallbreaker04@aol.co.
I have a much simpler approach - always wanted a MB, couldn't afford one, now I have one - well, sort of.
So why not call the power plant by what it is? IMHO this thing is more MB then Chrysler by a long shot. Besides, it kind of reminds me of myself - life long South Carolinian born in Berlin!

This is what I put under my wing today. The pictures don't do it justice because lighting bad. I also had to use a towel over the back window to reduce glare so it would photograph better. Hope you get the idea...
It was sort of difficult, but we managed to do this in about 40 minutes. Anyway, I get a kick out of it. The graphic shows up much better in person than in pictures. <sigh>
Oh yeah, my white looks pinkish...Ugh LOO

This seems to be a touchy subject. I'm a little hesitant to tell you that I have a zoom-zoom sticker under my wing. I guess people will now think its a Mazda. What's the difference what's under there. It's your car, put whatever you like.
