The first thing I noticed is that my door locks, when using the remote you can hear the solenoid actuate but the doors do not unlock. Then at the same time the top button is flashing, and the top is fully closed. When I turn the handle, the windows do move down but the top does not move. The inside lights do not come on when the doors are opened. The same day this all started I went to fill up and the locking gas door would not open. I joined this forum a awhile back and have been having this problem since, I believe in 2021. Back then I did find on this site where to get the micro switch and purchased one, but personal family problems put me on hold for a while until now. I cannot find that switch I purchased so will have to find and get another one. If there are any suggestions as to what to do next, I really would appreciate them.

I replaced the cylinders for my convertible top. I manually opened and closed the top twice to reset the control module and everything works, except one issue. When the tonneau cover closes it seems to latch, but the back window doesn't lower. I then opened it to look at the tonneau cover seating and the motor runs and it pulls the cover down, I here a latch noise, but it doesn't beep. When I release the switch, the motor stops and the cover pops up and is not latched. It does latch/lock manually. I adjusted the lock to every position posssible and it still acts the same way. I then disconnected the connector and the top acts the same way.
Question: would this be the limit switch in the lock? Why would the process continue with the connector disconnected? Am I running down the wrong rabbit hole?

Thanks in advance.
