All of a sudden, I can't open the back hatch. I hear the vacuum system trying to disengage the locking mechanism but does not. The handle is engaged. I've tried the unlock on the fob 5 times quickly to no avail. I may have to re-sync the fob.

I was working on the door speaker and when I reassembled the door, the handle now doesn't work. When I pull it, there is no resistance and seemingly no action on the cable to open the door. I've checked and both ends of the cable seem to be properly connected. It seems like there is slack in the cable, but how would the cable be stretched. Any insight? TIA.
