Part Number for the Driver's Seat Switch

My driver's seat doesn't go up or down. The button is physically broken. Does anyone know that part number for that?

2004 Black Automatic. Does it matter? Thanks for the part number.

From 2005 the list includes swithes for different color seats, for 2004 the color is black and you have that number.1BF40XDVAA (drivers side)
