Exclamation Cargo Cover Problem

I have just received my new cargo cover and I found that the end of the cover and rod was inside the slot. I tried to pry it out with my fingers with no success. Using a piece of wood that just went into the slot and using another piece of wood resting across the slot as a fulcrum I managed to lever out each end. Be careful that you do not damage the cover material.

The spring pressure on these covers is quite strong, so if the cover is released to too far from the roller I could see this happening again. Anyone had that happen to them?

If the cover slips out of your hand when stowing it, or the cover comes unlatched when you're driving in the car it will scare the cr@p out of you - it's loud!!!
