Kolevski, it is specifically designed for our cars, so it should work without a problem.

If I ever made the jump, I'd most likely get the slate-colored version, and keep my cedar center part. It would still have great contrast but would show MUCH less dirt.

Yeah I tried this a while back... even offered extra $$$. No dice, they said Europe only.

So the link to this initial company may as well be dead, gentlemen...

You could ship to FUBU and then have him ship it to you. I bet he'd do that for a few.

The steering wheel auction has ended.
There is no active auction for this item at ebay germany.
Even on there website they don't offer the service to remanufacture the steering wheel.

If somebody is really interested in such a steering wheel i could offer to call them and ask them if they still do these steering wheels and ask for conditions.

I personally would prefer a Raid steering wheel, because it has a smaller diameter which gives you a better handling, because the steering has a little bit more "resistance" (hope that's the right word). Attached a photo.

Regards
Markus

The steering wheel I have known about for about a year or two. Thought everyone knew if it. Of course I can help you out. I'll do it for free of course but need the fundings for postage. Just PM me and we will sort it out. May be a plus as I have lived in Germany for 4 years and went to college there so the language barrier is equal to zero.

Raid makes a good wheel, but it's $$$. There are actually a few members in Germany using this one (member Daun, real name is Gerhard). Gerhard also has a 6.1L Startech Crossfire, and a regular SRT convertible with N/A wing. Super nice guy

FUBU, thanks for the offer. I might take you up on that with some other Germany-only pieces in the future from ebay.de...

Thanks guys!

It's what the forum is all about. Help each other out so we can enjoy our motors to the max!

Please, no kinky stuff from eBay that won't go through customs

Hi,

Gerhard has sold every of his 3 Crossfires. He now owns an older E-Class convertible.
The Startech V8 is actually owned by Bernhard. Forum member name in the german forum is XF67.
The SRT6 Coupe is owned by Peter. Forum member name in the german forum is alialbert.
The SRT6 Roadster was sold to a person we don't know.

Regards
Markus
